Izmir-Dublin direct flights begin

Direct flights from Izmir’s Adnan Menderes Airport to Ireland's capital Dublin started.
A statement by TAV Airports, the leading airports operator in Turkey, said that Aer Lingus Airways would hold mutual direct flights between Izmir and Dublin twice a week.
Aer Lingus Turkey Representative Fly Service's CEO Gokhan Sarigol said that Dublin-Izmir flights would bring a great activity to Turkish tourism sector and contribute to economy in Izmir.
Sarigol said that he was sure that Irish tourists would be impressed by natural and historical attractions in Izmir.
Direct flights between Izmir and Dublin will be held on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
