What is the refund policy of Payless Flights Inc.?


No show ticket has no value. Please cancel your reservation if there is a change in your travel plans by calling 800-890-3731 from 9 am – 6 pm EST Mon - Fri. Failure to cancel a confirm booking may result in automatic cancellation of your entire itinerary.
Cancellation or change penalty is 300 usd. If you paid by credit/check card refund will be issued within a week of cancellation. Depending on your bank, refund may take up to 6 weeks to show as a credit back to your account.


If you have a paper ticket and you need to cancel it, please call us to cancel the reservation and ship the ticket back to Payless Flights Inc, 537 Chicago Ave, Dunedin FL 34698
